Even Figures provides free financial calculators for education and planning. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to buy.
No advice or advisory relationship

Estimates only
Results are estimates based on the assumptions you enter and on simplified models described on each calculator page and in the methodology. Rates are your assumptions, not offers or forecasts. Real loans, accounts, and investments can differ because of fees, taxes, timing, rounding, and lender or institution rules.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the calculators accurate, but we make no promise that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on the site’s results, or from the site being unavailable. Check important figures with the lender, institution, or a qualified professional before acting. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site’s text, design, and code belong to the operator of Even Figures. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. The results you produce with the calculators, including downloaded CSV files, are yours to use as you wish.
